Who is Stealing my Status Bar?

Lately I have been bothered with the fact that several websites seems to turn off the Internet Explorer Status Bar (you know, that bar in the bottom giving you information about the loading of a page etc.)! It is quite frustrating as I have not managed to figure out which site -- which I most likely visit rather frequently -- does this.

I can naturally just turn off web-page scripting as this is what is causing the problem, but again, some times it is desireable, and useful. What I have figured out is that the settings of any window created like a pop-up is not stored -- it is only when a webpage edits the main browser page the setting is stored. Bad part; when it is stored it is stored until you turn it back on...
